Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions are for the Organize Series plugins and all official extensions and they will be referred to for the rest of this document as the product.  The terms and conditions apply to the product collectively and individually (unless otherwise stated). The product is created, maintained and support by the company Rough Smooth Engine hereafter referred to as the owner.

1. Plugin Licensing

The product, unless otherwise stated, is licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.

2. Warranty

The product sold and distributed by the owner are done so in the hope they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Provided WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, the product is guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress for the product and the minimum required version of PHP (as stated for the product).  Extensions for the core plugin are guaranteed to function with the minimum required version of the core plugin (Organize Series core).

With there being such a large number of plugins and themes in the WordPress ecosystem, the owner does not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind.  The owner does not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. The owner assumes no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using the product. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, the owner may provide support at their discretion.

3. Support

The owner sells and distributes the product and other plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.

Support for any product is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license for the product support is requested for and an active subscription to any support product.  Support is limited to the scope described for the support product purchased.

Support is granted for the duration of the support product purchased and after that time period has been completed, the purchaser must renew their subscription in order to continue receiving support.  For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.

Support for the product is provided as long as the product is actively in development.  Should any one of the following occur, the owner will no longer be responsible for providing support for the product:

  • Organize Series Core or any extensions are no longer actively developed as viable products by the owner
  • The Organize Series website and the product or the owner or the parent company of the owner is purchased or bought out by another company.
  • WordPress is no longer actively developed.

Whilst the owner attempts to provide the best support possible for the product, there is no guarantee that any particular support request can, or will be answered to the extent, or with a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

4. Product Delivery

After your payment has been processed successfully, the purchaser will receive an email with the order number and other purchase information.  Any license key provided with the purchase will be available in the purchaser’s account area along with access to any downloads provided by the purchase.  The product can be downloaded by logging into the account created for the purchase when the purchase was made, and clicking on the appropriate link.

Should the purchaser not receive an email containing information about the purchase, the owner can be contacted via https://organizeseries.com/support to request purchase information.

Access to re-download any files associated with the purchase is granted so long as the license key for that purchase is valid.  If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until the license key is renewed.

5. Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are available to extension license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key.  Automatic updates are available for the product.  Automatic updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.

6. Ownership

The product is property of the owner.  Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of the owner’s product is strictly prohibited.

7. Website and Product Content

Any content found on this site and throughout the product including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is property of the owner and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.

8. Price Changes

The owner reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without priori notice or consent.  Prices of all products are subject to change without priori notice or consent.

9. Refund policy

The owner firmly believes in and stand behind the product 100%, but it is understood that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.  If the purchaser is unhappy with their purchase, or has an issue that the owner is unable to resolve that makes the system usable, a refund will happily be considered.

Refunds are offered at the owner’s sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:

  • The purchaser is within the first 30 days of the purchase of the product.
  • The issue(s) derives from not being able to install the product properly or get the product to perform its basic functions.
  • The purchaser, with access provided by a support product, has attempted to resolve the issue(s) with the product’s support team.
  • No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
  • Refunds will only be considered for any support product if no support (as deemed by the owner) was given.
  • Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
  • No refunds will be processed for the any bundled subscriptions (eg. "Everything" or "Developer" bundles").

By purchasing the product, the purchaser is indicating agreement with this refund policy and is relinquishing any rights to subject it to question, judgment, or legal actions.

10. Email and Communication

The owner may occasionally send the purchaser emails related to the purchase of any product(s) from the company.  The owner my also occasionally send newsletters relating to updates, promotions and the like with regards to the product.  Any communication addresses we collect will never be sold or released to any third party vendors,  however if the entire Organize Series family of products and its website are acquired by another company, that company may inherit any communication addresses as a part of the exchange of property.

You may opt out of communication using any of your provided communication addresses at any time without penalty.

11. License Agreement

Purchase and/or usage of the product indicates consent that the purchaser/user has read and agrees with the terms and conditions detailed on this page.  The owner reserves the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.

12. Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the purchaser/user.
